Because many of our products are made to order, slight variations in color, engraving, printing, wood grain, acrylic finish, or overall appearance may occur. These variations are a natural part of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization information, including names, QR codes, logos, social media links, photos, business information, and any other custom content.
Quickky is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

4. Intellectual Property
By submitting logos, artwork, photographs, or other content, you confirm that:

- The content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

All prices displayed on our website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

6. Orders
An order is considered confirmed once payment is received or, where applicable, once a Cash on Delivery order has been accepted by Quickky.
Quickky reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order in cases including, but not limited to:

- Product unavailability
- Incomplete or inaccurate customer information

7. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Quickky is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping charges for redelivery.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Personalized and custom-made products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
